NJ Residents Sue PA Landfill over odor

December 29th, 2014

A group of residents have brought a lawsuit against the owner of a Pennsylvania landfill, claiming that the noxious odors have at times forced them to stay indoors, interfered with their right to use and enjoy their property and lowered their property values.

The lawsuit was filed Thursday against Waste Management, owner of the Tullytown landfill, in the U.S. District for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
